Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026. The ground rules for using Sarveio, written to be readable.
1. Agreement
By creating a Sarveio account or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of your restaurant. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Sarveio to break the law, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the service. You retain ownership of your menu content and branding.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly with no lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep Sarveio online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
6. Liability
Sarveio is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
