What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you create a restaurant account (name, email, restaurant details) and the operational data generated as you use Sarveio — menus, orders, and analytics. Guests ordering from a table share only what's needed to place an order, such as a name and table number.
How we use it
Your data powers the product: rendering menus, routing live orders to your kitchen, and producing analytics. We never sell your data or your guests' data. Aggregated, anonymised trends may be used to improve Sarveio.
Data retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active. You can request export or deletion at any time by contacting us — we action verified requests within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. Restaurants remain the controllers of their guests' data; Sarveio acts as the processor.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on the dashboard.
